Acacia honey: pale yellow liquid honey with a light, floral taste with hints of vanilla.
To taste with a dairy product, appreciated by children for its sweetness.
Chestnut honey: liquid honey with a dark color, this honey is strong and long in the mouth, finished on a note of bitterness.
Garrigue honey: crystallized honey with a robust and full-bodied taste, very pleasant in an herbal tea which it will enhance the taste or on a toast of buttered bread ...
Rosemary honey: light to amber in color, its vegetable taste makes it a delicate honey. Harvested in the Narbone region or North of Marseille.
Lavender honey: our star honey, produced in the Luberon above Apt in the Vaucluse. Its floral and powerful taste make it an exquisite honey. Not too strong, it will delight all palates.
Enjoy it in the kitchen with a duck breast for example or for breakfast there too on a toasted sandwich.
Forest honey: Its dark, almost black robe, its caramel smell and its powerful, long-lasting taste. This tree honey is a strong honey, but sweet as opposed to chestnut honey. Is revealed on a fresh cheese, a bush for example ... a treat.
